Tommy and Sam are seasoned chefs with a passion for bold flavours and outstanding service. With decades of international experience between them, they’ve consistently delivered exceptional dining experiences from luxury ski chalets, villas, hotels and high-profile events. After their years spent cheffing abroad they returned to the UK where they now offer a number of bespoke services to clients in and around London.
